The 1801 Richard Douglass House is available as a location for filming. Built in the Gambrel Cape style very popular among New England homes between 1750 and 1820. With high 1st floor ceilings and a great deal of natural light The Richard Douglass House is located in the Downtown Historic District of New London which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Green & Golden Street neighborhood is made of up typical 18th and 19th century homes and businesses in either clapboard and brick as the most common.

The Richard Douglass House can be used as a backdrop or the entire home which has been painstakingly restored and retains much of it's 1801 charm.
